Treatment takes around 10 – 20 minutes and is relatively pain free, although some patients experience a stinging sensation which usually dissipates quickly.

Several tiny injections are applied to the specific treatment area to give a smoother, tighter appearance to the skin. The effects of the treatment normally last 3-6 months, but in order to maintain optimum results and appearance you will need to repeat the treatment.

Since August 2015 Lucy has been working as an advanced nurse practitioner in a GP Surgery, having initially qualified in 1987 as a registered general nurse and has worked at two general hospitals. In 2002 Lucy became a vascular nurse specialist, working until 2015 in this speciality at Winchester general hospital later moving to Southampton General Hospital.
