All patients are required to fill out a medical questionnaire, sign a consent form and have a ‘before’ photograph taken prior to the agreed treatment.
At consultation Lucy will outline your treatment plan and desired outcomes, having fully discussed your personal expectations. The Personally You Medical Cosmetics home consulting and home anti-ageing treatments service offers you privacy, comfort, convenience and absolute confidentiality.
